Clinic Executive
Full/Part-time positions
SingMedical isn't a typical GP clinic. We've built a clinic patients actually enjoy visiting, with an arcade, a pantry and care that feels personal rather than transactional.
We're looking for a Clinic Executive who takes pride in doing things properly, enjoys working with people and genuinely cares about making patients feel looked after.
What you'll do

Welcome and register patients, handle calls and WhatsApp enquiries, and manage appointments

Process payments, CHAS/Medisave subsidies and corporate insurance (TPA) claims accurately

Support our doctors with ECGs, urine tests, swabs and chaperoning (full training provided)

Take ownership of keeping the clinic stocked, organised and presentable

Help with our content: photoshoots, social media and our online shop. If you enjoy being on camera, even better!
You'll do well here if you

Can reliably work weekends and some weekday evenings

Live within a reasonable commute of Clementi

Are comfortable with computers and quick to learn new software

Stay calm when it's busy, see mistakes as something to learn from and treat colleagues with patience

Care about getting the details right, because billing and claims depend on it

Are willing to learn, ask questions and take responsibility for doing your job well
Prior clinic experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train you properly.

Doctor
Part-time positions
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional medical care to our patients. In this role, you will diagnose and treat various medical conditions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and promote overall patient wellness.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs and preferences.

Prescribing medications, therapies, and other medical interventions as necessary.

Educating patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.

Staying informed about advancements in medical research, technologies, and treatment modalities.

Adhering to ethical and legal standards in healthcare practices.

Participating in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
To qualify for this role, you must be fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (GDFM and MMED are preferable but not essential).
As a CHAS & Medisave accredited clinic, doctors will be required to take lead roles in clinic management and administration (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care are essential.
