Clinic Executive / Assistant
Part-time positions
We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:

Warmly greeting and registering patients, ensuring they have all the necessary information for their visit.

Handling phone calls and addressing inquiries from patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers in a professional and courteous manner.

Efficiently scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date calendars for the clinic.

Verifying patient information, including insurance coverage and personal details, to ensure accurate records.

Assisting with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing insurance claims.

Collecting patient payments, accurately documenting transactions, and issuing receipts.

Supporting healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses, in delivering excellent patient care by preparing examination rooms, conducting basic medical tests (e.g., ECG, Urine Dipstick tests, ARTs), and providing assistance during examinations (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).

Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized, and properly stocked by maintaining supplies and placing orders as needed.

Doctor
Part-time positions
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Doctor to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional medical care to our patients. In this role, you will diagnose and treat various medical conditions, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and promote overall patient wellness.
Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests to accurately diagnose patients' conditions.

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on patients' medical needs and preferences.

Prescribing medications, therapies, and other medical interventions as necessary.

Educating patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.

To qualify for this role, you must be fully registered with the Singapore Medical Council (GDFM and MMED are preferable but not essential).

As a CHAS & Medisave accredited clinic, doctors will be required to take lead roles in clinic management and administration (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care are essential.
