For fasting tests, please fast for approximately 10 hours - fasting longer can affect accuracy.

For a more comfortable experience, we can provide numbing cream. Please note that you’ll need to wait 30 to 45 minutes after application before we can perform the blood tests.

Who should do a full body health screen?
A full body health screen is recommended for health conscious, proactive individuals who feel well and have no symptoms but want to take charge of their own health by knowing how their different body systems are functioning.
Who is it not for?
A full body health screen is NOT recommended if you are unwell or have specific symptoms you are worried about.
For instance, if you're experiencing headaches, checking your urine may not be relevant. Similarly, if you notice issues with your digestion, testing your kidney function might not be pertinent.
If you have any symptoms that concern you, please consult with one of our doctors. This way, you can receive care and, if necessary, undergo investigations tailored to your specific needs.

Early Singapore was called "Temasek", possibly a word deriving from "tasik" (Malay for lake or sea) and taken to mean Sea-town in Malay.
Temasek Fasting Full Body Health Screen Packages
These screening packages require ‘fasting’ (abstaining from the consumption of food and drink) for approximately 10 hours prior to the time of the planned tests.

Please do not fast more than 10 hours as it may cause your results to be inaccurate.
During the fasting period, you can still drink plain water and take any regular medicines you might be taking, with the exception of diabetic medicines and insulin injections.​

Our health screening packages include a complimentary follow-up consultation. During this session, our doctor will review and discuss your health screening results with you.
Typically, results from the blood test are available within 3 to 5 days following the blood test.
