To ensure safety, our video consultations are exclusively available to individuals aged 12 years and above. Patients under 12 years of age will not be accepted for video consultations and should instead visit their nearby GP for care.
Additionally, for those aged 12 to 16, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the consultation to ensure comprehensive support and safety.

How much?
Consultation Prices:
Weekday mornings (9am – 11.30am) - $12 (U.P.: $18)
Weekday afternoons (2pm – 3.30pm) - $12 (U.P.: $18)
Weekday evenings (5pm – 8.30pm)- $28
Weekends (All day) - $38
Additional charges for medications may apply, depending on your specific condition.
Please note: If you book the $12 weekday teleconsultation, you agree to be added to our mailing list for occasional updates and health tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Currently, we are unable to accept CHAS or any other concession schemes for our telemedicine services. We appreciate your understanding.

What if video consult finished after the cut-off timing?
Don’t worry! Your medicines will still arrive by 12PM the next day.
How does it work?
To begin a video consultation, kindly complete the form below to verify your eligibility for a video call.
After reviewing your form, we'll send you a simple questionnaire to register you as a patient via WhatsApp.
Here’s what to expect:

Secure Video Call: Our doctor will contact you via a secure WhatsApp video call.

Identity Verification: Before the consultation begins, we'll quickly verify your identity by visualizing your official ID (NRIC, Work Permit, Employment Pass, Passport, etc.) to confirm we are consulting with the correct individual.

Consultation Process: You'll have a 5 to 10-minute consultation with our doctor, who will take a detailed history and conduct a basic examination through video.

Diagnosis and Treatment Plan: We'll discuss a likely diagnosis and treatment plan. This is your opportunity to ask questions and receive tailored advice about your condition.

Payment: After finalizing the bill, we'll send a payment link for you to use a Credit or Debit Card or PayPal. An itemized digital receipt will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
This streamlined process ensures a secure, efficient, and comprehensive telemedicine experience.
Please kindly note that if you are still feeling unwell after your teleconsultation, you should see a doctor in person to ensure you get the appropriate care. We are unable to provide another teleconsultation within 2 weeks of your last video call, to ensure fair use of this service for all patients. Thank you for your understanding.
